Slow cooked Rib Steak

Slow Cook Rib Steak

~2 pounds of Rib Steak
~1 cup of coconut aminos
~2 tbsp of tomato paste
~1 tbs of apple cider vinegar
~2 cloves of garlic minced
~1/2 cup of honey or maple syrup
~1 tsp of pepper
~1 tsp of onion powder

Place all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 3-4.

Mashed Cauliflower rice~

Steam a whole cauliflower until you can stick a fork within. Use a potato masher or a fork to make it a rice consistency. Add 1-2 tbsp. of grass-fed butter. Cut up fresh Parsley and finely chop into about 2 tbsp. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
You can make these however you like. It’s a great substitute for regular potatoes.
Serve with chopped green leaf lettuce! Delicious!
