Simple Paleo Greek Sauce

This is such an easy Greek Sauce to drizzle over any dish.
I made a gyro but used romaine lettuce in place of a pita and sautéed up some ground lamb. Such a great meal and super quick for those busy nights!

1 whole cucumber shredded and peeled
2-3 garlic cloves, pressed( depending on how much you like garlic 🙂
1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp of canned full fat coconut milk or coconut cream if you like it thicker(I used canned coconut milk)
3 tbsp of fresh lemon juice from a lemon
1/4 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of pepper.
1 tbsp of dried dill or more.
1/4 teaspoon of primal palate Super gyro spice mix(optional)

I always add in a little more of what tastes good to me. Feel free to play around:)
