Kale and Rosemary Sweet Potatoes

This is an awesome side dish with any meat. It’s very filling, and satisfying. Sweet potatoes are my go to comfort food, and a life saver when it comes to the kids. Enjoy! xo

~2 large sweet potatoes diced is tiny pieces

~4/5  Lancinato Kale leaves cut up finely in small pieces

~1/2 of large yellow onion chopped finely

~2 garlic cloves finely chopped

~Olive oil or grass fed butter coating sweet potatoes and kale so they glisten

~sprinkle Rosemary and Sea salt depending on your taste

Bake @ 400 degrees. 45/60 minutes depending on your oven.
