Grass fed Ground Beef Casserole

This is the Hubby’s favorite. Grass Fed Ground beef and Rice Casserole. Comfort food at it’s finest. So simple and very easy to throw in any veggies you prefer. You may also substitute the beef with chx or ground turkey if you are not a fan of red meat:) If you prefer a more Paleo dish.. leave out the rice and add more veggies.Brown grass fed ground beef in a pan with expeller pressed coconut oil or pastured butter. Add chopped onion and garlic. Once cooked add chopped carrots, swiss chard, zucchini  and collard greens. (add any veggies you prefer) Add cooked brown rice to the dish once everything has sautéed. Once everything is together add a little more butter, simply organic all season salt and pepper. I even throw in a little coconut aminos.( a healthier substitute to soy sauce)
My kids love it and you can’t even taste the greens if you are against them:)) Enjoy!Ingredients:

zucchiniSoaked Brown Rice(soaking grains allows your body to digest them easier and absorb the nutrients better. When eating gluten free grains such as rice we soak them before eating.. same with nuts/seeds/..

coconut aminos
