~ 1/2 cup of coconut flour
~1/4 tsp of turmeric
~1/2 tsp of paprika
~ 1/2 tsp of granulated garlic
~1/2 tsp of ground mustard
~1/2 tsp of salt
~ 1/2 tsp of pepper
4 to 5 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch thickness strips.
Preheat oven to 300
Dip each chicken strip in dish # 1 coating both sides. Then place the chicken strips in dish # 2 coating it in egg mixture. After you are finished coat them on both sides in dish #3. Do this to each strip. Place strips in frying pan with 3/4 cup of coconut oil. Cook 1-2 minutes on each side making sure they are brown and cooking within. Once all strips are done frying place in oven for 8-10 minutes. Serve with whatever dipping sauce you prefer!! xo
