To Die for Brownies!

My favorite healthier Brownies!!!

These are delicious! They are also grain free! Who the heck doesn’t like brownies!

~1/2 cup of unsalted pastured butter-plus some for baking dish
~8 ounces of unsweetened chocolate, chopped
~1 cup of honey
~1 teaspoon vanilla extract
~3/4 cup of coconut crystals
~1/2 cup of blanched almond flour
~1 tbsp coconut flour
~1 tbsp arrowroot flour
~1/4 tsp sea salt
~1/4 tsp of baking soda
~4 large eggs

Preheat oven to 350. Grease an 8 by 11 inch baking dish and place a piece of parchment paper in the bottom.
Melt the chocolate and butter stirring constantly. Stir in honey and vanilla.. Remove from heat and let cool.
Mix the flours and coconut crystals for about 20 seconds. Add chocolate mixture and blend well. Add and blend 1 egg at a time.
Pour batter into baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes.
