
I try and get my kids to eat as many whole foods as possible, so i can create healthy habits for them later in life. We all know how hard it is to get our children to eat veggies. Here is a trick I use to get Wholesome foods in my kids. Enjoy
~1 whole banana(freezing bananas for smoothies is a hidden trick to making them taste DELICIOUS)
~1 cup of almond milk(homemade or an organic brand without all the toxic fillers)
~ 1 heaping spoonful of sunbutter
~2-3 leaves of Lancinato Kale
~1 teaspoon of soaked chia seeds
~1 cup of ice cubes
