Cast Iron Burger with Salad

I love simple meals! Cast Iron burgers are a family favorite! Here is my simple recipe:

Burgers:
1 pound of ground beef
1/3 cup of cassava flour
2 tablespoons of Super Gyro Spice from primal palate( or any greek spices)
1/4 cup of diced onions.

Salad:
green leaf lettuce
red onion
greek olives
cucumber
avocado
garlic red wine vinegar with olive oil
(Amounts depend on how many people are being served)

Burgers make about 4 patties.

Oil cast iron skillet with avocado or coconut oil. Sauté burgers on both sides until crispy. Cook to preference.
