Spaghetti Squash with Veggie/Meat Sauce

My family loves this meal. It’s so simple to prepare and make, and so easy to hide greens in for the kids:) Any trick counts right? Enjoy!!! xoxo

Bake Spaghetti Squash in oven at 400 degrees for 45 min to an hour depending on how big your squash is. After cutting squash in half, clean out the insides. Then drizzle with olive oil, garlic salt and pepper. Sauté onion and garlic in large deep pan with pastured butter or coconut oil(expeller pressed)…. Then brown grass fed ground beef, or ground turkey. Drain meat put back in dish and then add organic spaghetti sauce… Sauce from a jar or you can make your own(recipe coming soon) After you add your sauce chop up carrots, zucchini, spinach and fresh parsley. Let it all simmer and cook until veggies are soft. Fork out spaghetti squash( looks like angel hair noodles) Add Meat/veggie sauce on top! If you prefer a meatless dish add more veggies, leave out the meat:)
