Cut up about 3-4 large sweet potatoes. Chop in long pieces shown in pictures below. Place on large baking p…an and drizzle Expeller Pressed Coconut oil all over. It’s important to only coat the sweet potatoes so they glisten .. too much oil will make them mushy and not crispy. Make sure you move the potatoes around so they all get coated with oil.
