Amazing Salsa!

Salsa should be my middle name. I could eat salsa for breakfast, lunch and dinner! It’s so good to throw on just about anything! I have many different salsa recipes but this one always seems to be a hit in my fam:) Enjoy!! xo

1 can (28 ounces) whole organic tomatoes with the juice.. or you could use fresh.
1/3 cup of chopped red onion
1 clove of minced or diced garlic
1 Jalapeno, quartered and sliced thin(optional)
1 tbsp of grade B maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of ground cumin
1/2 cup of Fresh Cilantro .. add more to taste
1/2 of whole Lime Juice .. can add more to taste

Dice and measure everything into your favorite Blender. Blend away to your favorite consistency. DELICIOUS!!! :))
